Lydia is a qualified Tibetan Usui Reiki Master and Tao Hands Practitioner, drawing on years of experience to support your wellbeing through gentle, holistic care.  Many of her clients have experienced reduction in pain, accelerated healing of physical injuries and illnesses, and a greater sense of wellbeing on all levels.
