Hilltops Community Hub is a not-for-profit organisation and registered charity serving the entire Hilltops Local Government Area. Located in Young, we’ve been strengthening families and supporting community connection for more than 35 years.

We offer a warm, welcoming space for people of all backgrounds — a place to seek help, join in, learn something new, or simply feel less alone. Our services are free and confidential, built on the belief that community is stronger when we work together.

From parenting programs to support groups, holiday activities to practical assistance — Hilltops Community Hub connects people to the information, services, and support they need to live well. We’re here for every stage of life, with a strong focus on children, young people, families, and carers.

A range of parenting programs with practical, common-sense strategies for raising children and understanding their development.

Support groups and inclusive activities including drumming, art, craft, and tech for all ages — from kids to seniors.

Assistance with government forms, service referrals, and free daily essentials like bread, fruit, and pantry items on our ‘free shelves’.

Affordable use of facilities for community members — printing, photocopying, room hire, and more.
