1. Introduction
Welcome to Hilltops Connect, a collaborative local directory and marketing platform created and managed by Bees To Honey Marketing in the Hilltops Region of NSW. By using this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Listings and Content
Businesses, creatives, event organisers and community organisations may submit listings and content to Hilltops Connect. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate, lawful, and up-to-date.

3. Media and Materials
Images, descriptions, links, logos, and downloadable materials provided through your listing must be owned by you or used with permission. Bees To Honey Marketing may make minor edits for clarity or presentation, and reserves the right to remove or reject content deemed inappropriate.

4. Payments and Subscription
Hilltops Connect offers optional paid packages for additional visibility and promotion. Subscriptions are charged monthly unless cancelled. No refunds are provided for partial months. Full details of each package are available on the Pricing or Sign-Up pages.

5. Cancellation
You may cancel your listing at any time through your user account or by emailing support@hilltopsconnect.com.au. Your listing will remain active until the end of the billing period.

6. Platform Integrity
Hilltops Connect reserves the right to suspend or remove listings that breach these terms or are found to be misleading, unlawful, or harmful to the platform’s collaborative purpose.

7. Intellectual Property
All content and layout of this website is the intellectual property of Bees To Honey Marketing unless otherwise stated. Listing owners retain ownership of their media and branding, but grant Hilltops Connect permission to display and promote it.

8. Newsletter and Email Communication
By joining Hilltops Connect or submitting a listing, you may receive occasional emails about promotions, platform updates, or community events. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email.

9. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee traffic, sales, or search rankings. Bees To Honey Marketing is not liable for any damages arising from use of this platform.

10. Changes
These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be announced via email or on the platform.
