Originally a 19th-century shearers’ quarters, Glencara Cottage has lived many lives — first as a workers' hut, then a café, and now a beautifully renovated couple’s retreat tucked beneath the gum trees at the bottom of the garden.

This private stay includes:

✓ One large queen bedroom with optional trundle beds
✓ Spacious bathroom with copper bath and underfloor heating
✓ Full kitchen, open-plan lounge, and board games
✓ Books, TV, and a firepit for stargazing in cooler months

💍 Rustic Weddings at Glencara

Celebrate your love in Glencara’s most unique feature: The Forever Shed — a 130-year-old repurposed shearing shed turned one-of-a-kind wedding venue. Seating up to 120 guests for a sit-down or cocktail celebration, the space offers festoon lighting, an open courtyard, and views over green crops or blooming canola — depending on the season.

Want something more bespoke? The property also offers a lawn marquee area for elegant outdoor receptions.

💐 Micro Weddings & Elopements

Glencara specialises in intimate celebrations that are high on heart and low on fuss. Packages available for:

✓ Elopements (up to 6 guests)
✓ Micro weddings (up to 20 guests)

We supply the celebrant, photographer, bouquet — and even help arrange hair, makeup, and your cake. Enjoy full use of the venue for 3 hours, plus bubbles at sunset for golden hour romance.

Midweek only (Monday–Thursday), excluding public holidays and Christmas/New Year peak.
