Ongoing promotional posts throughout the year — great for highlighting products, services, educational workshops, team achievements, or your commitment to the local region

For each Bee Seen or Bee Social Package purchased in August, we’ll create a free sponsored listing for a local:

You can choose someone to support — or we can recommend someone doing great work who could use some more eyes on their business or organisation.

Getting started is simple — and we’ll do most of the work for you.
This isn’t a DIY listing process. We guide you every step of the way and create a professional, custom listing that reflects your brand. Here’s exactly how it works:
Step 01 — Let Us Know
Tell us you're interested in the Bee Seen Pay It Forward offer. You can fill out a quick form, message us on Facebook, or scan the QR code in the image above.
Step 02 — Listing Creation
We create your draft listing using the best information from your website, socials, or what we already know about your business. You don’t need to lift a finger (unless you want to send us extra info or photos — we’re happy to include it!).

Step 03 — Approval
We’ll send you a link to your listing draft for review. You can request edits, updates, or give us the green light to move ahead.
Step 04 — Payment
Once you approve your listing, we’ll send you a secure $120 payment link or invoice. Your listing goes live as soon as payment is received.
Step 05 — Creating Your Story
If you choose the Bee Social package, we will then send you a short story questionnaire. This is optional, but highly recommended — it helps us write your story-based social promotion, a key part of being visible and memorable on Hilltops Connect.
Step 06 — The Fun Begins
Your listing is live, your story is shared, and your generosity gets noticed. We’ll also set up the free listing for the business, group or cause you’ve chosen to support — with your name featured as their supporter.
