Young Crisis Accommodation Centre (YCAC) has been serving the Hilltops and surrounding regions for decades, providing essential support for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, and for those affected by domestic and family violence.

The service offers a trauma‑informed, client‑centred approach, focusing on safety, stability, and long‑term wellbeing. YCAC helps individuals and families move from crisis to safe housing and ongoing support, empowering them to rebuild their lives with dignity.

Crisis accommodation for women and children, with support for men, youth, and families to access temporary housing options.

Comprehensive case management, including safety planning, housing assistance, employment pathways, mental health support, and advocacy.

Early intervention and prevention programs such as tenancy support, youth education through the Lovebites program, and community awareness initiatives.

Referrals to specialist counselling, legal services, therapy, and support groups tailored to individual needs.
