Artist + activist = Artivist. Ang’s works illuminate the seen and the (in)visible, often engaging with social issues and the psychology of resilience. She holds a Master of Creative Industries (MCI) focused on interdisciplinary visual arts practice. Her recent research, “Rising from the Dust: (in)visible Women in Mining”, examines the challenges faced by women in mining through a series of twelve portraits.
Across canvases and conversations, Ang Hart invites viewers to sit with feeling — to notice rhythm, to welcome disruption, and to consider how art can both reflect and reshape our inner worlds.
With a passion for unleashing creativity, Ang facilitates inclusive workshops for children, teens, adults, and seniors. Drawing on her dual expertise as an artist and psychologist (Angela Webb — AHPRA: PSY0001711256), she creates safe, dynamic spaces where participants can express themselves, connect with others, and explore new perspectives. These sessions nurture confidence, curiosity, and personal growth.
